CNC Design & Cuting

Have something in your head but don't know how to turn it into something you can actually build?

That's where Anthony and our CNC facilities come in.

We can take an idea, sketch, photograph, existing component or set of measurements and develop it into a design ready for CNC manufacture.

If you've already designed something yourself, we can also look at your files and discuss whether they're suitable for manufacture.

Once the design is ready, our CNC allows us to accurately and repeatedly cut components from sheet material.

This is particularly useful for campervan furniture where curves, matching panels and repeatability can be difficult to achieve accurately by hand.

It also means you don't necessarily have to buy a complete piece of furniture from us.

If you're doing your own build and simply need accurately cut components, talk to us about CNC-only cutting.

Broken a campervan panel or need another one?

Bring us the original where practical. Depending on the component, we may be able to reproduce it, modify it or use it as the basis for a new design.

And once we've created the CNC design, additional matching components can be produced far more easily.

Our CNC isn't limited to RoamApe products.

We're happy to discuss one-off jobs, prototypes, small production runs and CNC work for other businesses and self-builders.
